CELTICS!!!!!!!!!!

As an Irish person I was taught to love the Celtics at a young age and this year my waiting is finally over. They made it to the finals and the main reason ,I feel, was Paul "The Truth" Pierce. And boy has he lived up to his nick-name he has been on a tear having almost no regard for human life. His biggest performance was during game 1 of the finals when he got injured and came back out with 2 straight threes. He is finally getting what he deserves after spending his whole career in Boston and suffering through losing season after losing season. As long as there are good,competitive games I don't have a preference for a winner. But Pierce better do good.

HOCKEY COMING BACK??????

Hockey just wrapped up one of the most electrifying playoffs in recent memory. Though it was competing with the NBA finals it was phenomenal for the people who did watch it. It featured a great dynasty and the LeBron James of hockey. Sidney Crosby was that LeBron and just like LeBron he fell short in his first attempt for a championship. The series between Detroit Red Wings and Pittsburgh Penguins featured some of the best goaltended games especially by the usually victorious Red Wings and their goalie, Chris Osgood. He saved their season and gave them the championship with his super glove work and quick skates. This was the boost the NHL was looking for and might lead to more attendance in games after a dismal year this season.
